Uploaded Photos and User Content

You may only upload photos you own or have clear permission to use. When you generate a video, you confirm that every person (or pet) in the photos consented to appear in it. You may not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, fictional or copyrighted characters, or any person who has not agreed to be featured. You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and the videos you create with them.

AI-Generated Output and Third-Party Rights

Videos are AI-generated renders built from your photos and render without any audio track. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, A COLORS SHOW, or any rights holder of the original performance or recordings. If you add a copyrighted sound when posting on TikTok, Reels or Shorts, you do so under that platform's licensing terms — not ours. Generated videos are for personal, non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
