Migos Hotel Lobby AI — Put Yourself in the Video

The Migos hotel lobby AI video puts your faces into the orange-stage rap performance. Here is how to make one from two photos.

A Migos hotel lobby AI video is the fan-made version of Quavo and Takeoff's "Hotel Lobby" performance: the orange COLORS stage, the hanging microphone, two rappers trading verses — except the faces come from your photos. It takes two pictures and a few minutes to make, which is why the format has spread across TikTok as the Migos AI trend.

Why it's called the Migos AI trend

A COLORS SHOW uploaded the Quavo and Takeoff "Hotel Lobby" performance in 2022 — a duo from Migos on a flat orange stage with one hanging mic. When AI video models got good enough to hold two faces steady through a music performance, creators started recreating that exact staging with their own faces. Most people found the format through the song, so "Migos AI" stuck as the name even though the videos are made by fans, not the group.

How to make a Migos hotel lobby AI video

The workflow is the same as the wider Hotel Lobby AI trend:

  1. Pick your duo. You and a friend, a couple, two siblings — or two pets.
  2. Upload one photo each. Front-facing, even light, one person per picture. Waist-up shots give the AI hair and outfit to work with; close-ups give the best face match.
  3. Choose the orange lobby stage. That's the setup people recognize as the Migos video.
  4. Generate, then add the song. Videos render silent — you add the original audio inside TikTok or Reels when you post, exactly like everyone else joining the trend.

Photo tips for the best face swap

The AI can only work with what the photos show. Give it front-facing faces, no sunglasses, no mirror shots. Screenshots and thumbnails lose the detail the model needs. If a face comes out soft, retake with more light on the face and try again — the preview exists so you can check before paying.

Is the Migos hotel lobby AI video free?

The 5-second preview is free on every stage, one per stage per account. Full videos cost credits from about $2 for a 480p duet. Credits never expire and failed generations refund automatically. See free options in detail or how the trend works.
