What to email us about

• Photo or video deletion — send the email you signed up with and we remove your uploads and generations.
• Refunds — failed generations refund credits automatically; for anything else, write to us within 7 days.
• Bug reports — the task ID from your video page helps us find it fast.
• Abuse or consent issues — if someone made a video using photos of you without permission, tell us and we will take it down.

Before you write

Many answers live in the FAQ on the home page and the free preview guide. Generation normally takes 2–6 minutes; if your video has been queued much longer than that, that is worth an email.
