How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video in 3 Steps

The hotel lobby AI video takes three steps: two good photos, a stage, and a generation. The whole thing fits inside a coffee break — here is the full walkthrough, including the details that decide whether your faces land cleanly or come out soft.

Step 1: Take two photos that the AI can use

The model builds the performers from your photos, so the photos set the ceiling. One person per photo, facing the camera, with even light on the face. A waist-up shot gives the AI hair and clothing to match; a close-up gives the sharpest face. Skip sunglasses, hats that shade the eyes, mirror selfies, and anything downloaded as a screenshot — compression kills the detail the model needs.

Shoot both photos in similar lighting. When one photo is noon-bright and the other is dusk-dim, the duo looks spliced together instead of filmed together.

Step 2: Pick a stage and start with the free preview

The orange lobby is the original format — read the trend explainer if you want the backstory. Night street, studio session and grand hall stages give the same duet mechanics with different scenery. There is a Raindance pier if golden-hour is more your mood, and pet stages for two cats or you-and-your-dog.

Whatever you pick, run the free 5-second preview first. It renders both faces at 480p so you can check the match before any credits change hands. If a face reads soft, retake the photo with more frontal light and preview again.

Step 3: Generate, download, add the sound

Full videos generate in 2 to 6 minutes. Choose 480p for feed posts, 720p or 1080p if you want the clip to survive zoom-ins. Videos render silent by design — the trending audio is copyrighted, so the standard move is posting from TikTok and adding the original sound there, one tap before publishing.

That's the entire workflow. Two photos, one stage, one download. Make yours now.
